A Bitt Moore Wellness (ABMW) creates safe spaces for marginalized communities to explore various holistic wellness modalities.

Allowing minds and hearts to open up to creative forms of healing and the freedom of self-expression.


We have happily provided our services to all communities including; schools, various classrooms settings, private clients, temporary living shelters, corporate offices, & studios/wellness centers.



Yin & Zen is a moving, breathing guided meditation centered around a rotating monthly theme. Combining the passive postures of Yin Yoga to quiet the mind & body and BreathWork to release & connect with inner self. We close each session with a refreshing herbal Tea Circle, offering our participants the opportunity to meet fellow members of their community.



Mindfulness is an integrative, mind-body based approach that helps people to manage their thoughts, feelings and mental health.


Our workshops help people become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and body sensations so that instead of being overwhelmed by them, they become more centered in self ultimately managing and utilizing them of efficiently.
